@save the frogs I think, from such a perspective, my insistence on confronting painful truths from a relatively young age helped me to navigate life. Others who might have described me as especially intelligent or especially strong, I just imagined that they were trying to stroke my ego or simply were not even trying. 

Always assuming that they had some other capacity that evened things out. Works for me. I help everyone and everyone helps me. Even if it is just to show me a character trait that I do not want to exhibit.

Social media has a terrible influence on women. I just checked her phone. Tons of guys writing to her. She didn't reply, but it's fair to say that the mobile phone, messaging apps and social media have made cheating easier than ever.
