There is a difference between actually working illegally, as the person in that link was doing, and sweeping a floor as you claimed.  Why didn't you link to evidence of the claim you made?

He’s had a good run keeping his head down, and not paying his way for ten years. If the estimated figure is anywhere near the 10 million mark they claim he’s going to be made an example of. He’s effectively picked Thai tourism’s pocket and that isn’t going to go down well. His deceit, and dishonesty, is gonna cost him more than he thinks.
