There's no question that there are different levels of evil in this world. Donald Trump is positively evil though less evil than Amin, Hitler, Stalin,, Mao and many others. He has not been found guilty of committing mass genocide, yet.

I completely disagree with you about his humor, Trump does not have a sense of humor, the only time he laughs or makes jokes is when they are at the expense of others and when they are done with a great deal of hatred and spite. That is not funny on any level. It's just mean, ugly, vindictive, nasty and indicative of the very black heart the man has. 

We should first establish what "evil" is.

 

I would propose it is a fluid and subjective label, that depends on perspective.

 

Nietzsche and Schopenhauer were right, surely, good and bad is all about where and who you are.

Whatever his shortcomings, and we can all agree there are a few, his flamboyance often leading him into a somewhat elastic relationship with the truth, his incapacity to see the evil of Israel, and many others, it is quite clear that Trump is a very kind and benevolent person.

 

His heart is in the right place.

 

His many documented acts of kindness speak for themselves.
