Can anyone  Help an old fella with slight problem I am having with filling in 90day online report then after entering the house owner details it comes to business section now if I leave that blank and try submit I can not do but if fill in the details  it sends so what is the correct way thanks in advance

 

Are you asking about TM30 or 90 day reporting.

Are you referring to the fields indicated in the screenshot. 

Leave them blank. Tick the box just above them. ... "Use login information"

I am a bit confused when you say "it comes to business section".

 

I use the webpage at https://tm47.immigration.go.th

My form I only see 3 sections.

1 Personal Info

  Passport #, Number, Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Arrival Date, Visa Expire Date

 

2. Address Info

  Building Name-Owner, Address #, Soi/Road, Province, District, Phone #

 

3. A couple of boxes to check

   Is this the section you are talking about where it has the box that says "Visa (Businesses have no less than 30 million THB)? I don't think I check this box.

 Box to use login details. I check this box so do not fill in the name or contact below this. 

 There is a box at the bottom to acknowledge I have read and agree to the terms above and I check this box and submit.

Correct. 

Then back at login page.... 

There is a "check status" option. 

That's where you can download the approval when it comes. 

 

OP, to download approval which has your next "due date" Hit the PDF file in column with arrow.

I filled that box in and already submit so I will wait to see what the outcome  is  and try again

When you sign into the app the first page has two ootions 

New Report and in Green Check Status. 

Check status in second last column to right has status. 

Three words can be there. 

Pending, Rejected, Approved. 

Currently yours should read Pending. 

 

Note the first column (left) has a PDF. That shows what you filled in form detail. 

You can check and field to make sure no slips.

I did one on the 9th of this month and took till the 17th for me to get approved. My experience has been that it is usually only a few days but maybe with it being high season they are a bit busy.

You should have received an email after you submitted it and then you will get should get another when it is approved.

 

You can also always login again and check the status.

So does this mean that you've got 2 applications in the pipeline (i.e. both marked Pending presumably) at the present time?

 

If you can qualify for a LTR-P visa no need for a 90 day report anymore.

 

Best visa currently available.

The LTR visa requires reporting once a year, so can that be done online with the same login as for the normal 90-day report?

Not sure as I have never had to do a one year report.

 

Every time you depart and return to Thailand the one year clock starts over again.
