  • No, just cancel his visa and deport him.  Why should people have to put up with his sh*te (not once but again and again)?

  • Somebody moved his towel from the sunbed he reserved

  • He needs to be charged with criminal damage... the threat of his visa being cancelled needs to be made to hopefully improve his drinking habits.

Fines haven’t worked. If it’s a pattern, escalation is inevitable ; custody, conditions, or removal. Prevention beats apologies every time.

All suggestion deserving but based on new tougher measure who is selling to people intoxicated? Got to take responsibility that is what I read?🤣

The man sounds like a classic alcoholic, who desperately needs help, needs to get into a program, rehab or AA.

My guess is that he should be subject to at least 6 months in prison for destruction of property, in addition to paying fines to the people who suffered property damage.

There has to be some deterrent for fools like this.

No, not really. Having spent the past week in Koh Samui, I offer that Thailand has become the premier destination for the world's scum. French, German, Australia, British, Israeli, Emirati, iranian, Indian Italian etc. the majority of visitors today are bottom tier demographic.

This has a lot to do with dope shops and the Ukraine war, Vietnam is now the preferred tourist destination over Thailand which is facing a massive tourist drop this season.

Some hotels are down to 10 % occupancy and local Thai are suffering from more poverty than ever. Chinese are avoiding Thailand and going elsewhere since the incident with the famous Chinese actor.

Not sure I follow.

Surely some douchebag tourists visit VN and cause problems.

What's the Ukraine 'war' got to do with anything?

I am surprised by the lack of people on Koh Samui. So many bars and restaurant s are literally empty.

Vietnam, probably gone there, but much harder to stay there.

There was a guy on Facebook said this might be good for Thailand , it needs a rest, and a reality check,  the Thai Baht and many things are causing trouble, if they can fix this he says, it may return to better days, as Vietnam is much harder place to stay in.

It has filled up Pattaya and Phuket with Russians and draft dodgers, and methamphetamine is all over the place. The Chinese team up with the Russians and local gangs, this happened in NZ and its a major problem now.
