Torturing? Who is being tortured? Unauthorized migrants who did not respect the terms of the agreement under which they were allowed into the USA were asked to leave. Those who did not leave, are being removed.

The courts have already ruled on these rights, with the SCOTUS offering the final say.There are specific limitations on due process that apply to unauthorized migrants.One of the most important is that if a migrant  has not been lawfully admitted there is no  requirement for due process.
