If anyone is truly stretching it's someone reaching back to a guy who was stopped being president in January of 2001. As for the rest of your comment. So, are you saying that if the candidate someone supports loses, they should stop wishing that they had won? Are you projecting? Do you stop wishing that losing candidates you supported had won  instead?

So is Bill Clinton deserving of opprobium for his actions with Epstein? Should he be prosecuted? Is there more evidence linking him to Epstein than Trump?

Watch him twist and turn boys and girls.

Anybody who associated with Epstein,  is certainly deserving of opprobrium. But clearly you're trying to deflect. You're trying to make the story mainly about Bill Clinton who was president 25 years ago, rather than the current sitting president. If you're thinking of having a career as a news publisher, if I were you, I would think twice. You have to know where the potential for the biggest story is located. And what kind of evidence has been released about Bill Clinton as compared to Donald trump. Did Bill Clinton send Jeffrey Epstein a signed pornographic birthday greeting? Is he giving special treatment to a convicted sex offender? So far, you've got little more than nothing.

Guilt by association?

Guilt by association?

Guilt by association has to do with legal consequences. They should certainly be ashamed of themselves with the exception of his legal counsel.

What don't you understand about the fact that I said anyone who associated with Epstein is deserving of opprobrium.

And I won't use you with twisting and turning so much is simply running away from  the fact that the evidence so far is much more damning for trump than it is for Clinton. You have yet to address the issue of the pornographic birthday card or the fact that a convicted sex offender is getting special treatment.

Why do you assume everyone associated with him had some involvement with anything inappropriate or should be ashamed of themselves?

And it has nothing to do with "legal consequences", it's a logical fallacy.

Maybe look to this in 2026 as posted on BBC topic Monday:

Meanwhile, in the Trump V Murdoch and Wall Street Journal, the WSJ team has filed a motion to dismiss. Trump responded. And WSJ replied. Then last week there was an oral hearing.

The Trump team, among its arguments in its response, is that the WSJ team did NOT prove that it could NOT be a fraud or NOT planted in the version of the book in the Epstein estate by various unknown Trump adversaries.

So the judge's ruling awaits.

All one would have to do to prove it could not be a fraud, would be to prove it authentic, yes?

It wasn't like he was concealing his lifestyle. But I'm willing to exclude not only attorneys but morons and the illiterate-blind-deaf-and-dumb.

Among those who shouldn't be excluded are Bill Clinton and Donald Trump.

AI Gemini quickie on Motion to Dismiss:

Challenge to Proof: A central part of Trump’s reply highlights that the Journal described the letter but did not publish a photo of the original document or provide proof of its provenance. Trump’s team argues this lack of physical evidence supports their claim that the story was "concocted."

As I wrote SEP 9:

NB: The artist J-M Basquiat was known to do paintings on FedEx document boxes.

AI quickie (2)

The Orlando Museum of Art's forgery scandal involved an exhibition of alleged Jean-Michel Basquiat paintings where one of the works was painted on a FedEx cardboard box with a logo and text (font) that didn't exist until 1994, six years after Basquiat's death.

Why do you assume people that were not partaking of the "pleasures" would know about them?

There is no evidence, as far as I know, that neither Trump nor Clinton were having sex with underage girls.

Do you know of any evidence to the contrary?

They're happy to throw Bill under the bus if it can hurt Trump in any way.

But if there were anything that would truly hurt Trump, the Biden administration would have at the very least, leaked it.

So far the evidence clearly is far worse for Trump than it is for Clinton. Of course, if a signed pornographic birthday card from Clinton to Epstein turns up, that would certainly lessen the disparity. That still leaves the issue of a convicted sex offender being given very special treatment.

And it's notable but you still haven't addressed either of these issues. Fleeing much?

So, anyone that has received a birthday card from a sex offender is a sex offender by association?

What about Christmas cards?

Let me answer that for you. Everybody who is a Republican or Trump had involvement or should be ashamed, any Democrat is off the hook.

Like Hot Tub Bill Clinton.

Clearly, you're not informed about the situation that you have created guests at Epstein's homes. And where have I said that either Trump or Clinton had sex with underage girls?  Crimes are the only category of conduct that one should be ashamed of.

Stands to reason,  they've exhausted all manifestations of using weaponized Govt agencies

against Trump during previous administrations and between , particularly through investigations, indictments, and legal challenges, all failing.

Now comes 2026 and key maneuvers ,I'm wondering if indictments of high profile figures like Obama/other figures for allegedly weaponizing intel agencies might have some sway on politics come next November. Also  the waste ,fraud and abuse  overlooked by the dems in blue jurisdictions ,medicare,Obamacare, and Snap benefits. Count on the farleft to fight the current admin. from digging deep into these programs.

"The Obama administration refused to rigorously check eligibility, and the Biden administration adopted the same policy, deliberately hiding an explosion in waste, fraud and abuse. Meanwhile, states refused to police their Medicaid programs, confident that the federal government would look the other way and cover the tab".

I never said you did, I only said there was no evidence of such.

We're supposed to vote for open borders, DEI, higher taxes, astronomical energy prices, and men in girls' showers, because rich guys like to bang younger women, yes?
