Sometimes (more often than not), changing the appearance and layout of a website is detrimental. Navigation is now laborious and time consuming.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. coffee1

It’s just what programmers love, messing with old people.

Personally, I find it clear. Each to his own.

Maybe someone can point out what the difference are, as I don't notice any major ones.

I see now. The dashboard looks completely different, but since I rarely go there, no changes for me

Its the same when you go to your local supermarket and they have changed all the isles around so that you have to search for all the usual foods you want that prolonging your shopping time.

The idea is that by having to hunt down the stuff you want you might notice other products too and buy them as well.

Doesn't work with me but that is the idea.

I usually use a PC browser to get to AN - it has changed but looks OK. I've just tried it on a phone and the scaling isn't pretty!

Same as you I use the forum only on PC, and in my opinion then the dashboard is much easier to navigate to all the sub forums.

Though since this is the era of mobile devices, it is strange that developers didn't keep that in mind.
