Having said that I must get onto another one of her movies, "V for Vendetta" shortly.

That is one of my favorite movies, definitely in top 20, if not top 10. Steller performances but everyone.

Thanks for the heads-up @recom273 . I'll have a look at that.

Should it help in any way, I think a good few of my suggestions are on the BBC iPlayer. If you don't already access that then you may need a VPN. I have no issue whatsoever accessing it here in Thailand with my ExpresssVPN. ITVX however - an entirely different matter.

You do not need an VPN for the BBC or nearly all the free to air TV programs in UK -Europe Australia Canada etc etc they are all on UKChaosTV the next/or same day including the news. I have been using it now for 18 years. Very fast downloads.

Did anyone pick up on PONIES? I watched the first last night, looks "interesting" like has retro effects, costumes, sets ... but the jury is out.

This turned into a jewel. Went to discover the 2nd season https://thegww.com/ponies-season-2-canceled/

I have 1 left if you want it, but first I am told that accessing through Facebook seems to get a better result. I dont know why, but try that first. It is a popular site.

FB page doesnt exist any longer. You have more than one invite, you can have as many invites as you want, within reason.

I can suggest a way for anyone to get an invite, but I can't invite.

That's good to know, I didn't get round to watching the whole season.

I couldn't even get through 2 episodes it was so bad. Glad they cancelled it.

I recalled you saying that.

Glad they cancelled it is a strange thing to say.

Some people might've enjoyed it.

It's not like it's compulsory to watch.

Haven't watched it all the way through yet, but gonna give 'Lighthouse' a proper watch. Certainly a bit different. Good acting.

Did you catch it?

I watched e02 last night, it's like .. is it intentionally bad, or just badly acted or just intentionally retro styled? Hard to work out.

Each ep gets better as reflected in reviews. 7.7 ep 8

I was pleasantly surprised.

Watch it first, then make your own mind up.

I should have said that I personally thought that it was superb.

Good storyline, good acting, beautiful scenery.

One of my sons told me to watch Maternal Instinct. Could have done the lot in 30 minutes.

I do realise that the first is a fictional drama, and the other a 'true story'.

Speilberg's "Disclosure Day" - A Good film, he certainly knows how to tell a story and hold an audience. I enjoyed it.

Worth watching! 😁

Its NOT a version of "Close Encounters" type, and its NOT full of alien content either; it's an interesting take on recent events of recent years.
