Ferrari Speed Fix Saga Explodes Again in 'Boss' Case

Boss's family could've settled with the victim's family in the very beginning for probably less than 10% of what they've spent covering it up and buying off literally the entire justice system in Thailand.

SO,

The moral to this never-ending saga is:

"Money Talks and Everything Else walks"

The widow of the dead policeman was compensated to her satisfaction (฿3m) but the general public weren't happy that in this day and age (social media days), or at least reading between the lines many people phoned the brother of the victim possibly to suggest they should have asked for more than they received, or perhaps he didn't get a cut of the compensation the widow received

The number was recalculated from 177 to 79 which is barely under the limit. I wonder how much each Km/hr cost in brides.

minimal damage, definitely not a high-speed impact.

If the cop being dragged for 200 metres is factual then it is reckless driving for taking that distance to stop a Ferrari from 79kph.

  • Popular Post

Fact...there is no active Red Notice...when issued, they quickly disappear...in fact the last one... didn't even appear on the Interpol site, it was only seen in a photo with a RTP officer, clearly mark as Public...but, as I said, never seen on the Interpol Red Notice site....there seems to be ongoing cover up...which should be investigated...someone is aiding this Red Bull kid.

Face it - he isn't going to prison and will come back laughing. The rich can get out of things that ordinary people can't.

Vorayuth will just wait for the statutes of limitations to run out and waltz back to Thailand and have a good laugh. Fyi - the last time I looked on the Red Notice public database, he was not listed on it. In the meanwhile a half dozen or so Thai citizens are thrown under the Ferrari bus in his stead.

Absolutely right, there is no active Red Notice..in fact the last one was only seen in a photo, with a RTP officer...it was never seen on the Interpol Red Notice site...so yeah, a cover up...it needs to be investigated...along with the cop holding the red notice.

I wonder if he is holed up in his family's compound somewhere in Thailand. They have a compound here in Chiang Rai.

He cannot run from his Creator..

Very sad for all involved... everyone that touches this has blood on their hands ... and they can spend eternity being accountable...

GOD is not mocked...

My guess is that at this point Interpol just laughs when they see a notice from Thailand, and pay it absolutely no regard.

Why enforce a notice for a nation that has no interest in convicting this clown because he's overly rich?

But of course as the non stop ads say: "Red Bull gives you wings".......so kill a cop while hoped up on coke spread bribes around like candy and just fly away.

Free as a bird.

Both vehicles were travelling in the same direction. If the motorcycle's speed were, say, 80km/hr and the Ferrari's 170 km/hr then the impact speed would be the difference - 90km/hr which indeed can be construed to make the case for the defendant but it in no way limits culpability. The fact remains that the defendant was well in excess of the speed limit and deserves judgement commensurate with that infringement.

The most important factor of this debate is he killed an innocent person.

No matter what speed he was doing, a man lost his life. And the coward who killed him has not been punished protected by corrupt police officers and courts.

I’m surprised they didn’t put 79.8 km well under the 80 the whole thing was fixed from the gecko everybody knows that just like the red notice it seems funny that all the people on red notices they’re entirely and they picked up and caught and prosecuted this kid is getting get a get out of jail free card and I’ll be back shortly after everything is the statue of limitations and life goes on what did anybody else really expect come on this is Thailand there’s none of justice here TIT

In some countries, when a wanted person is on the run the statutory time limit is paused.

That's because the object he hit was not heavy. It does not suggest a low-speed impact.

It seems to me another attempt to further muddy the already murky waters so that they’ll never be a satisfactory outcome. Another example of wealth being able to dictate how the law operates. Vorayuth is seen frequently strutting around at F1 events not exactly making it hard for his capture.

That's not "the heart of the saga". That's a distraction. The heart of the saga is whether being rich and well connected allows you to kill people with impunity and with no risk of incarceration.

I think the family of the victim got quite the settlement, and the guy has had to hide out away from Thailand, so there were consequences.

any other country when a policeman is killed the police pullout all the stop to get a conviction, cant work out why Thailand is different.

Thailand operates on the caste system, obviously the life and happiness of an elite is worth more than a lowly police officers.

If red bull can sack their director of racing for petty sexual charges, then manslaughter/murder accusations of one of their seniors should not play out with double standards like this.

Its time F1 chiefs cleaned up F1 teams.

A long-running and closely watched case involving alleged efforts to help Red Bull heir Vorayuth “Boss” Yoovidhya evade justice has returned to the national spotlight, reigniting debate over evidence manipulation, forensic standards and accountability in Thailand’s justice system.

The wealthy family bought his freedom from justice... it's how Thailand rolls for the elites..

He will never be in jail.

Sadly, I totally agree with you. What a sad world we live in.

Especially when the rich and powerful get away with evil doings of which a person of limited wealth would be charged to the full extent of the law immediately.

Some examples of evil Putin, Xi. North Korea, Trumps disregard to international law etc etc etc,

Now make it easy 177 km and 79 km total 256km divided by 2 is 128km an hour, is far too much and is reckless driving.. Besides the corrupted and incompetent investigators should be stripped of all their assets as it is probably not the first time they bend evidence... And it is ridiculous that Boss can travel around although many times is declared that he is sought by Interpol. But changing names in Thailand is very easy and not expensive so a bit more effort at F1 races should bring him in very quick

I doubt if anyone in authority would hold their hand up to bring him in.

How much is a "bride" worth these days?
