China is tough. Danes are weak. Trump should take it while it is on offer.

Trump in his fog of ignorance simply does not understand that the only way Greenland could be taken over would be by force, never ever with the will of the Greenlanders. Why would they give up free he

It's not 'on offer'. If the Greenlanders want to join US of A, it's up to them - it's not up to Trump and not taken by force, blocakde or coercion. Don't forget, Denmark (and Greenland) are part of NATO. An armed attack on any member gets retaliation from all members - even if US pulls out of NATO.

Nato is too scared to attack Russia who is 10 times weaker. The US is part of NATO anyway. The yanks should move in before June. Get it done.

You forget the gaudy plastic neon signs, billboards, fast food 'restaurants', gun carrying red necks and the general 'American way of life' that most Europeans hate.

Same as Thailand ....... and we all moved here, so I'm not seeing the hate.

Obviously the wine swilling, cheese eating liberals will still hate everyone else.

Personally, I'd rather be an American than a Brit or EU citizen.

I suspect many Greenlanders feel the same way.

Do they have their own passport, or a Dutch passport?

Are you saying invading Venezuela was not unlawful?

I already gave the basis upon which the person specific intervention could be legally supported. The Maduro regime was not a legal government and the legally elected group, the opposition group, supported the removal of Maduro. It will be up to the people of Venezuela to weigh in on whether or not the intervention was justified. It certainly is not my place to tell the 8 million refugees from Maduro that they should suffer some more because some foreigners don't approve of the removal of their abuser. If there is no support from the legally elected party, then the argument for a legitimate intervention is difficult to make.

Your use of the term invasion is not reflective of the limited number of US personnel that visited and then left in approx. 2 hours. Hardly an invasion. It was the extrication of a person indicted in drug trafficking that undermined the national stability of the USA.

Still doesn't give another country the right to intervene.

According to Passport Index 2025 Denmark holds position #5 with a Visa free count of 190 and an est. value of $1 207 000.

That while a US passport has Visa free count of 188 and an est. value of $523 000, which puts that passport on #34.

Maybe the list below will tell you about how worthless the US is instead. Happy reading. Please stop posting things without thinking.

There are still US troops in Venezuela according to Trump's statements

The US personnel that might still be on the ground are not in a position to influence anything or anyone. And I doubt that they are there. It's too hot. This may be Trump playing with the Venezuelans with his statement. Wouldn't be the first time.

And yes, if the legitimate government asks for assistance, the argument can be made that there was a valid basis for intervention. Maduro was in power because he refused to accept the results of an election that saw him defeated. It also disenfranchised millions of citizens who were forced out as refugees.

And no, I am not justifying Trump's action here. I would not have done it, but I am not going to condemn the intervention using weak arguments. A case can be made to support the intervention.

These comparisons are somewhat useless. Does it really matter if someone can get into the Congo visa free? What matters is the easy access between North Asia, North America, EU, UK Australia/NewZealand, and latin America. And on that basis everyone with the exception of Latin America is relatively equal.

Visa free is only good for holidays.

Fair enough. Begs the question, who wants to holiday in Chad or Equatorial Guinea?

85% of Greenlanders want to stay independent but with a crap economy they would be better off with Yanks running it.

Where did you invent that info from?

Sure. Right up until Spirit Airlines lets off a load of special Spirit passengers.

Don't push the. Greenlanders being happy with the USA, because it just isn't true. Their ties are with their relatives in Canada. Greenlanders are predominantly indigenous Inuit (Kalaallit), descendants of the Thule people who arrived from Canada, making up about 90% of the population. Their affinity is to the Canadian Inuit, not to the USA.

why u upset ? Danish perhaps ?

U think anyone will help ur little half azzed country ?

Maybe your fake frogman prince can get all jocked up - LOL

Since it would be an act of war, all Danes would be free to take out any MAGA they see anywhere, including Thailand. I would bet even the Thai authorities would turn a blind eye to it, as a nation never conquered would tend to favor the victim of aggression. MAGAs stand out because of their obesity and deer-in-the-headlights look of abject ignorance. Fish in a barrel. Turkey shoot. No limit. Bag'em and tag'em.

I would fully support Danes who decided to fight back against the aggressor and his MAGA supporters, In fact, as I have Viking ancestry, and also time in service, I can join my brothers to make this world a better place and eradicated the virus that is MAGA. It's 2026; 18th century Imperialism and Colonialism no longer cuts it. FAFO, MAGAs.
