If you look at the freeze-frame of the video, after the presumed first bullet went through the FRONT windshield of the SUV, the second and third presumed bullets were fired through the OPEN drivers-side door window while she was still turning and driving away from the ICE officer, thus hitting her point-blank in the side of the head.

Some like to call this self-defence. I don't.

She was stopped. One officer was leaning in her window. She then reversed, obviously trying to escape. The officer at her window was almost knocked down. Then she floored it forward. The officer IN FRONT of the car fired. 3 shots in about 2 seconds.

She had no reason to be terrified. She knew they were ICE and DHS agents. She and her wife had been trailing them and stalking them and shouting at them all day. She was probably angry at being called out for her actions and realizing that what she was doing was in fact illegal.

The POTUS declaring the victim guilty and the shooter justified before an investigation is totally reckless. Law enforcement officers deserve fairness, but so do civilians. Where is the leadership in this banana republic?
