She STILL didn't deserve to be murdered! Fox gaslighting.

She was not murdered. My point was to contradict the inaccurate belief that she was a simple bystander caught up in an ICE raid.

And MY point is ICE is completely out of control. There is NO justification for her murder nor the lies from the administration in an attempt to cover it up. Classic deflection.

This was the same prosecutor and team that uncovered all the corruption and was applauded for its work. Now that investigation will have to be paused.

So? Why will it have to be paused? Do you think a production line stops because a supervisor quits?

Now this guy will be all over TV a hero to the left until after the 2028 election.

Faulty research, or no research.........? 🤭

I don't think anyone with a brain would consider pumping 3 bullets into an unarmed mother 'an accident'.

How many times was she shot? How many shots were fired?

No. He was clearly trying to kill the car. Not the driver.

Just now, Yagoda said:

As I've mentioned before, murder requires intent.

Something like James Alex Fields Jr. who deliberately drove his car into a crowd of people peacefully protesting in Charlottesville killing one person and injuring 35. He was convicted of 1st degree murder because he purposely set out to kill and maim.

Ok mr pedant is this better for you

"as long as these misguided protestors directly interfere with the officers then similar incidents are bound to occur. So be it , Its a price worth paying in my opinion. In Exactly the same way that I and everybody else who dives a car considers the death on the roads to be a price worth paying

Why are you asking such stupid questions? If you don't know how many shots were fired (pretty easy to know from the video) then why are you even commenting on this subject?

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche on Tuesday said there's "currently no basis for a criminal civil rights investigation," into the killing of 37-year-old Minneapolis mother Renee Nicole Good by an ICE agent, multiple outlets reported.

The big picture: The announcement is the clearest indicator yet that federal authorities aren't planning to probe the officer's conduct.

Federal investigators last week restricted Minnesota investigators' access to case materials and placed the FBI in sole control of the probe, prompting backlash from state leaders and local law enforcement.

https://www.axios.com/2026/01/14/ice-trump-minneapolis-investigation-justice-department

So that's a no, you do not have a source saying the DOJ will not investigate the officer(s)

Saying there is no basis for a civil rights investigation does not mean they will not investigate the officer(s).

Okay is response to comments I've changed the phrase I used from the well known "accidents will happen" to "incidents will inevitably occur" in the interests of accuracy and to avoid "upsetting" the weird guy who keeps referring to people as "weirdo"

If you don't want it to happen again then get ICE to follow the law and the many legal precedents set that govern law enforcement and vehicles to include 1) officers are not allowed to fire into a moving vehicle 2) lethal force is not allowed to prevent someone from fleeing 3) an officer cannot accidentally place himself in front of a vehicle and then allege self defense.

You could also just go with what the DOJ itself says on it's own website:- Officers may use force only when no reasonably effective, safe, and feasible alternative appears to exist and may use only the level of force that a reasonable officer on the scene would use under the same or similar circumstances' https://www.justice.gov/jm/1-16000-department-justice-policy-use-force.

P.S. I think the word you are looking for is 'pedantic'.

I do feel for Renee and her orphaned son. I think she grew up in an era where women are meant to feel more or less invincible. Guys grow up and learn to know our limits pretty rapidly. We know who we can take on and who can kick our ass.

But women? Grow up rather coddled. Seem to think that they will never be called out on their BS. Think everything is optional.

What else could explain this situation, and others that are similar? You are parked, an officer orders you out of your car. He has the legal power to do so. It's not time for debate class, it's not someting you need to think about, it's not a request that you can refuse, and it is most certainly NOT the time to try and drive away.

Yet I see this constantly in protests. Women pushing on cops, women getting physical and taking swings at officers, involving themselves in altercations. And getting the surprise of their lives when they get arrested, sprayed, or knocked on their ass. What is fuelling this mentality?

From your link: "Law enforcement and correctional officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force only when necessary, that is, when the officer has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or to another person."

So there's that.

I stated the obvious, "incidents like this will inevitably occur" it does not mean i like executions, just that I accept that "incidents like this will inevitably occur" I really could not put it any clearer.

Fortunately there are not many like you on here or in society generally

This is something the protesters need to understand. And also that ICE agents, are in fact, law enforcement officers. And that if you fvck with them, interfere with them when they are working, stand in the road to block them, throw rocks at their cars, you WILL be in trouble. Arrested, detained, etc.

I am not sure why the protesters don't get this simple fact. They deliberately put themselves in dangerous situations and are shocked, shocked when something happens. It's not a game to mess with dudes carrying guns.

How many were fired and how many hit her. If more than one shot, which one hit her.

Folks calling it murder should know. I dont because the investigation results have not been released.

All irrelevant. But nice try at victim blaming.

ICE have no jurisdiction over American citizens. They are not allowed to approach the car never mind demand that a US citizen exits the car. They certainly can’t put themselves in harms way (and then claim to be the victim) and they certainly can’t pump 3 bullets into an unarmed woman over what is essentially a situation that only required de-escalation.

I’ve seen you post this nonsense before without levelling any blame against the ICE agent himself.

It doesn’t wash with any of us.

I think they have been watching too much UK tv news were these annoying people are seen to be treated with kid gloves by our unarmed and rather pathetic woke police, its given them a distorted sense of reality

You’ve changed the wording of what I wrote in a pathetic attempt to justify the unjustifiable. The correct words are-

“Officers may use force only when NO reasonably effective, safe, and feasible alternative appears to exist and may use only the level of force….”

But I suppose this is the level of deceit I should expect from the likes of you.
