ICE and the Minneapolis Police have different roles and objectives.

The Minneapolis Police clearly serve the commonwealth to which it belongs. ICE serves the Frontier Justice advocates, who would like to see anyone who disagrees with them, whether left-wing like Bernie Sanders or right-wing like John McCain, and anyone in-between, hang from southern live oak trees.
