I just saw there is a GoFundMe for the ICE officer Jonathon Ross who shot the woman in Minnesota. He's raised nearly $750k so far. I'm trying to access the link so I can donate to him but it's stalling out. Not sure if this Thailand related or the host is having problems. Can people currently outside of Thailand access it?

The man is going to have his life ruined over this and he has a Filipina wife so he understands what 3rd world immigration means for America so he deserves some support.

She really should have stayed home for this one. All countries need to have immigration laws and obstructing police is never a good idea.

Lexis Nexis legal glossary defines it as : "Murder is the unlawful killing of any person with an intention to kill or to cause grievous bodily harm to that person."

Shooting someone through the windscreen of their car, (when you have placed yourself of the path of the car) could perhaps be justified - although given the available video evidence of where and how the car was being driven it would be "a stretch". One might say the jury is out on that one, not of course that it will ever get near a jury, the Federal investigation will take care of that!

The second and third shots, including the one to her head (which is the one that killed her according to the independent post mortem report) fired at close range through the open drivers window as the car was slowly passing clear of the shooter were certainly fired with an intention to kill or to cause grievous bodily harm to that person, which is the definition of murder.
