Yeah, the one who have interest in such things will still be going and looking. The thing is that Thailand has become a party destination for many travelers. So, they basically go here for 2 week to a month and are seeking others that are here for the same thing. In that case Pattaya and Phuket is perfect choices for that clientele.

I would also say it´s perfect, as they don´t infect the rest of the country.
