I would think the majority of the population.

Doesn't surprise me. Pattaya attracts many people and many who act in stupid ways.

Need a Singapore solution for these drunks. A $1000 fine and month in jail for first offense. $2000 and three months for repeat offenders.

People do a lot of incredibly stupid things when they're very very drunk. There are a lot of people out there that think they can handle their alcohol but it's very obvious they can't.

I don't remember what happened, I'm not sure how I got injured, the last thing I remembered was putting away about 10 drinks in a bar and then I kind of went blank from there.

For some of us maintaining control is far more interesting than getting obliterated.

I wouldn't like to see that. Non belligerent drunks get helped home which seems fair for a tourist place built on getting you drunk, or laid, or both. Trouble makers, yes, put them where they can sober up without harming others. Multiple occurence, on the flight home!
