Global Order in Crisis: Germany's Stark Warning at Security Summit

Europes threat is from within.

Duplicitous Liberal EU politicians selling out their people by importing hostility from third world countries and denying them rights and opportunities under the guise of DEI.

If there is ever another major war they are going to get a shock when they try to recruit indigenous young men to defend them.

Some countries in Europe might possibly be able to recruit sufficient numbers from the indigenous population, but there simply aren't enough indigenous Brits e.g. Picts, Brigantes to form a British armed force of sufficient size.

Germany intends to train and arm all their far right kids, and then hope they shoot Russians and not their own government. Good luck with that one guys!

  • He and his globalist WEF friends want a war and will have it by hook or by crook...sacrificing the children is what he means, we already see countries reintroducing mandatory military 'service' in

  • AOC, meanwhile, claimed "Orange Man Bad". Though, the fact that she was even invited to speak shows what a farce it is.

A huge insult to the brave indigenous men who fought in the 2 world wars.

Shame on you.

Unless, of course, we're talking about trans mass shooters. They don't like that to be mentioned, the fact that transgenders are way over-represented in the mass shooter demographic.

Could you send some of these mass shooter transgenders you're so fond of talking about to the front line in Ukraine to stop the Russians? Sounds like they'd be an effective weapon.

How is " ...there simply aren't enough indigenous Brits e.g. Picts, Brigantes to form a British armed force of sufficient size", "a huge insult to the brave indigenous men who fought in the 2 world wars"? It is nothing of the sort. What it is me objecting to you redefining words to suit your bigoted agenda.

My father - a white Londoner - fought in Burma in WW2 alongside white comrades from other parts of the UK and Ireland (North and South). He also fought alongside Gurkhas and Indians - one of whom was a doctor named Khan and was, in all probability, Muslim.

What my father - and I'm pretty sure his white comrades - would find insulting is your snide, thinly disguised racist and xenophobic comments

Shame? You clearly have none.

It is sort of funny that the first speaker at a women’s rights conference is a former man. This proves that men are better at women things than women.

Actually a challenge the Romans encountered 1500 years ago. Their Legions were analogous to Regiments; originally raised based on the place they were from. The Dacians, from the shores of the Black Sea, modern day Romania, built and manned Hadrians Wall. They were in Britain for 200 years. By the end of their deployment, there weren't many Dacians left in their ranks, now full of Romanised Britons, who had adopted Dacian culture. Today's Scottish regiments are full of men from Africa and the Pacific Islands. They wear kilts on parade, march to the pipes, probably eat bridies, but draw a line at the beans.

Likely, recruitment would have the same issues today as in the 1890s. In 1890, the Boer War was kicking off, and the High Command saw a European war on the horizon. There was a mobilization to expand the size of the reserves. It was the first time the government was actually interested in the health of the nation. 7 out of 10 volunteers failed the then rudimentary physical, mostly due to Ricketts. It sparked a debate that lead to the creation of the Royal Army Medical Corps, and the recognition, lead by Sir Alfred Keogh (remarkable man, went from Major to General in just a couple of years in South Africa, of the importance of public health in the interests of the nation. He started off the debates that lead to the NHS. Ultimately, the NHS happened because we needed more soldiers. Currently, 30% of the fighting age UK population would fail the Army physical due to obesity. While rejection rates into the army are quite low, at about 3-4%, 60% of those rejected, are rejected on medical grounds. 20% of the current army is medically non-deployable.

Europe is facing significant challenges. Its population is declining, which complicates efforts to sustain the large welfare state. The Eurozone's economy is stagnant due to excessive regulation and high taxation. Additionally, Europe is falling behind the USA and China in technological advancements. As a result, it struggles to maintain a prominent position on the world stage.

I don't understand what people see in her. The only thing she is good at is being a social media influencer.

"Rubio, reflecting on shifting global dynamics, stressed the rapid pace of change and the need for countries to reassess their roles in this evolving landscape. He hinted at the necessity for a recalibrated approach, especially concerning US-Europe relations."

I watched Rubio's whole speech and thought is was one the best I have heard from a politician.

I thought what was particularly good was what he said about migration...

Rubio argued that the "unprecedented wave of mass migration" is not a "fringe concern" but a crisis that is transforming and destabilizing societies across the West. He rejected the idea that border control is xenophobic, calling the ability to regulate a national border a "fundamental act of national sovereignty."

Rubio warned that unchecked migration—combined with declining birth rates and a loss of national identity—could lead to "civilizational erasure." He urged European leaders to "reclaim their sovereignty" and protect their specific cultural and Christian heritage.

All of the above makes perfect sense to me, then along came the big joke called Starmer, who said..

"We must defend the vibrant, free, and diverse societies that we represent, showing that people who look different to each other can live peacefully together... that this isn't against the tenor of our times. Rather, it is what makes us strong."......wacko

To counter Rubio's suggestion that Europe is in a "managed decline," Starmer called Europe a "sleeping giant."........obviously he has not seen the excellent movie....Tora Tora Tora?????biggrin

No doubt you think he's a racist bigot as well. 😄

And now you know my father better than I do!

You have no idea, or apparently any understanding of what my father's and Mr. Penstone's generation fought for. The overwhelming majority of their generation fought against the diversive ideas that you espouse. I just watched the full interview with Mr. Penstone, and nothing he said or did can be constituted as racist much as you might like that to be the case.

From Google AI: "2.5 million Indian soldiers served in the British Indian Army during World War II, forming the largest volunteer army in history." Of this 2.5m, 1m were thought be Muslim (Source: Google AI again). So, yes, there were probably more than a few Muslim Indian Army doctors named 'Khan' and a number of engineers named 'Abdul'.

I don't need to make up stories to show you for what you are: You incriminate yourself.

Of course it wasn't racist. Why on earth would I wish it was? 😄 It was an honest assessment of the crime ridden, dirty dumps that many cities like London and Birmingham have become. Kudos to Mr Penstone for speaking the truth, the squirming of the presenters was great to see when he didn't follow their narrative.

Freedom? When people are locked up for tweets and Whatsapp messages? When people are threatened with arrest for being "openly Jewish"? When people can't let their kids out to play because there's a migrant hotel down the road? Don't make me laugh.

Anyway, now that you enjoyed the best of the UK before the racist DEI policies that you now support against your fellow indigenous people, feel free to pull the ladder up behind you and sail off to a country that still has a sense of pride and nation in Thailand.

I wonder dumpy LatinX middle aged woman hates Western Culture.

“Marco Rubio’s speech was a pure appeal to ‘Western culture,’

AOC

“We are all drops that when put together make an ocean, but we don’t see the ocean at the start,”

AOC

AOC when asked about the USA defending China. She studied for weeks for this test.

“Um, you know, I think that this is such a — a — you know, I think that this is a, um, this is of course a very longstanding, um, policy of the United States,” “And I think what we are hoping for is that we want to make sure that we never get to that point, and we want to make sure that we are moving in all of our economic research and our global positions to avoid any such confrontation and for that question to even arise.”

She is very much the product of a 21st century American university education. Entitled, wealthy young people with a strong sense of their own self importance separate from home for the first time and are thrown into a pit of similar aspirants, all seeking status. AOC's credentials, like those of most of her followers, come without knowledge or thought. Otherwise, why would a university graduate in international relations, into her fourth term in congress, fail to understand the significance of Ecuador falling entirely south of Venezuela? Or, as AOC feels the need to interject in the middle of an otherwise standard sounding English sentence, "Been-eth-walah." You know, where she said "Math-urdo" comes from?

The war generation felt let down but that opinion didn't appear suddenly in the 21st century. I dare say it was present almost immediately; it was certainly present from the '60s onwards. If I had a pound for every time that I heard my father say that, "The country's gone to the dogs", then I would have more money than Elon Musk.

Our major cities have always had problems. You obviously didn't live in (South) London in the '70s and '80s. Street crime was rampant, signs of decay were everywhere. The area today bears no resemblance to what it was. It is much improved.

I didn't see any squirming on the part of the presenters just a concern that Mr. Penstone felt the way that he did.

To listen to you anyone would think that there was open warfare on UK streets and that is most definitely not the case.

Yes, there are isolated examples of over-zealous policing (hardly a new phenomenon) and there are areas where friction is close to the surface (again hardly anything new), but the truth is that the overwhelming majority of people in the UK rub along quite well together with each other despite attempts by some to sow division.

You have the freedom to do and say what you like as long as you don't break the law e.g. by inciting others to riot.

More misplaced, self-pitying grievance from a bloke living 6000 miles away. If you are that concerned about the plight of your compatriots, return and do something about it.

You're persistent I'll give you that, but I can be as well. No matter how many times you attempt to redefine 'indigenous' to fit your narrative, I will correct you. The dictionary definition of indigenous is, "(of people) inhabiting or existing in a land from the earliest times or from before the arrival of colonists".

Within the context of that definition, there are very few indigenous Brits. As I have explained to you on numerous occasions, we are a nation of mongrels.

It's extremely unlikely that I have ever met - let alone racially abused - an indigenous Briton, but on the off chance that I have, I apologise unreservedly and assure that individual(s) that any perceived insult was completely unintentional.

Germany has no money. Ever increasing cost of social welfare and for illegal immigrants does swallow most of the state budget. They could create additional "Sondervermögen" (special assets) a camouflage for debts. Germany may bark, but it will not bite. Not with the dysfunctional army and lack of manpower and declining economy.
