Section 301 tariffs require country-specific inquiries that include hearings and an opportunity for input from affected companies or nations.

Officials would have to conclude the country has violated a trade agreement or engaged in practices that burden US trade in order to impose the tariffs.

AND, it proves nothing more than them being photographed together at a social event in 2000, amid a documented but limited acquaintance that ended years before Epstein's convictions. Any further implications are speculative and not supported by the image or verified records.
