Assuming no election fraud, no dead people voting, no illegals voting - then of course the Republicans will win. Democrats have been relying on voter fraud for decades now. If voter ID is required they lose millions of (fraudulent) voters - that's quite clear and is exactly why they are fighting so hard to prevent it.
