Lately when trying to pay by QR code Bangkok Bank comes up with unstable connection. I use AIS and they seem to think not a problem their end ? Any one else had the same problem .

I've never had that problem with their app. Have you noticed other issues with your internet connectivity as well, or does it only affect Bangkok Bank's app?

yes it is AIS because when I use the internet provided by the apartment not a problem , when I switched to AIS no internet so it must be AIS all though they seem to think not their problem . never had a problem with AIS before .

I use AIS wifi, no issue with any websites including BKK bank.

Is this happening at a single location or several? If the former the cause might be an AIS dead zone.

I'm with AIS and haven't noticed any issues. How recently has this started?

It's a mobile data problem, not wifi.

Hello every one Thank you for your replies . Not the fault of Bangkok Bank or AIS it was me ,

I had up dated my phone (Samsung Galaxy 56 .) Yesterday I was checking my connections and noticed my Sim 1 was not connected !!! I don't know why but all good now . Thanks again for your

responses.
