If dropping atomic bombs on Japan was a war crime, then Britain's firebombing of German cities was also a war crime. Additionally, the British spread terrorism worldwide through colonization.

My dad also thought that as well he was a good man and he supported Bomber Harris not getting a knighthood or peerage like mnay others did as Churchill was reputedly disgusted at the savageness of what "we" had done and he supported Indian independecne. Royal Signals saw active service in SA,Libya , Egypt , Italy and finally Germany and met Monty breifly in Libya. So up against my dad I'm afarid he will win every time.
