The bold text is exactly the point I am making. It's wrong, wrong, wrong to hold all Jews responsible for the actions of the IDF, However, some posters on AN have stated that the surge in global antisemitism is a reaction to the IDF.

The implication is that if the IDF stopped its actions in defense of Israel, there wouldn't be as much antisemitism in the world. It's another way of saying Jews themselves have caused their own persecution. Everyone should reject that absurd notion.

There are no circumstances that justify antisemitism.
