No, they shouldn't have put him in handcuffs and they should have made sure he was stable before proceeding with the investigation .

The Police should have made sure he was physically sound before arresting him .

Do you think that if an ambulance would have arrived 2 minutes earlier , then he would have got up and been perfectly fine ?

Wow, you draw some interesting conclusions in this thread. Mental, but interesting.

We can discuss when a brown person murders someone. We are doing it now. I don't think there is anyone in this entire thread who thinks the perpetrator doesn't deserve the sentence he received (yeah yeah, some think minimum 21 years is not harsh enough). It was a horrible crime and a young life has been snuffed out. And the police, seemingly, made a brief error of judgement that should be looked at, and will be looked it. And if it is determined they need to be punished for it by an investigation then punish them for it. I would like to know how you would have reacted in that split second with the information that was available to them. Oh wait, I know how you would have reacted, of course.

But if you can't see that Farage and Yaxley-Lemon are politicising this for their own ends and to sow yet more division then you are more blinkered than I thought. My point was they only shriek when a non-white non-Christian person commits a crime, never the other way around, so it is therefore not the crime that appalls them is it? It is not the safety on the streets that they are worried about. It is obvious.
