More offences coming to light now about the Sikh killer. It appears he was known to the police and arrested for stealing over a thousand pounds worth of ceromonial knives from the Sikh temple in Southampton he was not charged with the offence. Sikh elders warned the police Digwa was a pathological liar and he was banned from the temple. The Police did nothing and ignored the warning Digwa was obsessed with knives. We also do not know how long it was before digwa's brother phoned the Police to report the incident.
