Representation Office In Thailand

Hi all,

I must thank the informative website that is made available

for potential investors like us. We intend to set up a Representation

Office in Thailand. In reading the page on www.ethailand.com on Company

formation, we are shocked to read that Thailand no longer

accept new application for Representation office.

However, when we go through Board of Investment - Thailand and

Department of Business Development - Ministry of Commerce, we got a

different picture. Representation Office seems to be still available for

registration.

Therefore, we hope that anybody could kindly clarify on whether a

Representation Office is still available for registration in Thailand.

Yes still available. Our Legal Department filed two different Rep office applications just yesterday.
