I've never despised him. I always thought he was a great character. You could look through the Chelsea thread and i would be amazed if you can find anything where i have slagged him off

P.S. Yes, sack McClaren and give it to Jose

I can't say that I have always liked his attitude, but results are results and Jose gets them. He certainly would be a much more entertainng character than our present and previous ones, and his record speaks for itself. If McClown hadn't got those results a couple of weeks ago, I think he would be negotiating a contract with the FA now. If the old duffers at Soho had any sense they would make it a prority to get him regardless of McClowns last two games.

I thiink that he was the only thing about Chelsea that I did like. Mostly those that didn't - didn't get it. The man's got a great sense of humour.

As for the England job. That's not going to happen. And against all odds, I'm actually beginning to warm-- just a little-- to McClaren.
