I feel like a loaf of really fresh crusty bread, butter spread, a jar of marmite, peanut butter and a pot of earl grey tea.

I've felt pretty bad after a booze up before but i've never felt like that !!

I just got laid (not in the egg sense..... errr, well) ........ and Van The Man has just started belting out Brown Eyed Girl on my playlist......I need a splif, chocolate and a shower.... order not important.

Shall we assume from the public announcement of the event that in terms of rarity it is akin to finding a needle in a haystack ? :o

I am just so very tired...

You need a good sleeping pill - take a glass of whisky and see your bottle if thirst persists...

For me, in this small town, yes, very rare ........ I'm thinking of having posters printed.

So they caught Bill Posters? (They must have if they printed him.)

This thread seems to have got itself lost - and took the OP with it. thumbsup.gif

The error returned was:

Sorry, the link that brought you to this page seems to be out of date or broken.

There's a new candidate for TV's most valued member award. Here's an example - one of his three recent posts on the Phuket forum:

Already happened last night and again this morning :D

Just didn't feel the need to shout it from the rooftops this time :o

^^ Thanks SBK - yes a couple of people caught on to him fairly quickly.

45c in Melbourne today (that's 113 degrees in the old currency). We're in the midst of a record heat wave here...

Today's 37 must feel positively chilly............. :o

Oddly enough Ken, that 8 degrees makes a significant difference. After the Victorian Government promising (a week or so ago) in the run up to the heat wave that the power infrastructure was equipped to deal with the anticipated demans on power - and blackouts then having been suffered widely - he is now backing down and making no promises for power supply over the next week or so. He (publicly) blames the 'unprecedented' conditions. I think that privately, he will be chewing the heads of the advisor/s who said 'no problem' last week.

Ping, all that beautiful summer weather, is what I miss most about Melbs. :o

Used to sit in the spa, cold beers floating at hand and watch the cricket.

What I miss the MOST FROM Melbs is.........

Those big steamed dim sims......... an addict for them, is me.

Only place in the world I have found them,............. :D

The down side is the winters. Bleak.

I walked up a hill in Wales today called Moel Famau. it was <deleted> freezing. The wind chill factor was unreal, I passed an embarrassed looking brass monkey on the way down!!!

Had a flask of coffee and a slice of Christmas cake at the top, best coffee and cake I have ever had...

You little trek reminds me of one advantage of Victorian winters - skiing. The downside is sitting on a chairlift in blizzard-like conditions. I can identify with that brass monkey of yours (not to mention those poor dogs frozen to trees).

I have been thru' Swampy umpteen times since it opened, always enjoyed it.

This was seen by a kiwi traveller.

Spotted at Bangkok International Airport by Stefan Katz.

Map of NZ upside down...........<deleted>.

Normal for LoS I s'pose.

Soooo funny, hope it is still there next trip to see and photograph.

You shouldn't complain too much Pete, you may be upside down but you should still spare a thought for those poor missing Tasmanians.

Hahahaha..........Chili.

In my outrage, I neva noticed........

So funny.......LOL

Betta get new specs in n my next trip.

I don't think many people would have noticed. I suppose it span off down to Antarctica when NZ got inverted...

Balmy days forecast for the next week. :o

Thta's weird, I've always spelled Barmy with an "r". Never thought of it with an "l"

Will the real avatar please stand up.

^Yes and the quality of his post was about as clever as his nik/user name. Do you think a certain person may be a tad annoyed?

It's really nice and sunny here today - what a change!

Am I talking to myself again? :o

Good fortune for you then, Tiggs (or am I talking to myself too?) Nice day here today also.
