Hi

I will in Bankok next few days and I plan to buy a used car in Bankok and bring it to Chiang-mai.

Well I made several phone call to dealers and they can't understand what I explain to them.

Here's my situation:

I'm holding long stay visa.

Of course I have International license.

What else document that I need?

Some told me that I need proof of residence from immigration and some say I don't need it...

If I need it would I just use my friend's address in Bankok?

And change it in CM?

I plan to bring it to Chiang-mai.

Shold I re-register the car in CM?
