Anyone know a place for good sandwiches. I am not talking about club sandwiches or those like Subway but more the french style. A nice french baguette or piscolete with good cheese, ham or salami, mayo, lettuce etc. Flinstone bakery is ok but not more then ok.

Theres a place in Karon thats renown for its sandwiches...

Its called "The Gun Bar"

Sharkys bar in Patong, the sandwiches are very tasty there.

The Deli in Patong has some nice readymade take away sandwiches, or all the stuff to make your own, its on 200 pee road opposite the Blue Elephant bar.

New bakery in Patong on Nanai Rd (just past Nanai 2, opposite the Palm View Hotel) does the best sandwiches around IMHO... All the fillings you mentioned possible and baguettes or chiabata breads !!! Roast beef with salad and mayo, top choice.

They even lightly toast and warm the bread as they make em fresh for you... Hmmm Now I may have to go and get lunch !!!

'Somtam and Sandwiches' just past the Chalong circle going towards Rawai (on the left) does some cracking food.
