Places like Central, MBK and many others have 'Export' and 'XL' shops..... sizes up to 6XL [uSA size] and cheap

I have the same issue, my solution when in BKK is Marks and Spencer , shop in shop at some central stores , I use Rama 3 that covers underwear and socks , the outwear I use mostly Camel brand clothes purchased from the Camel factory outlet shop in Future Park Rangsit ( cheaper than the other stores ) all cotton and a good selection at good prices for shirts , trousers, shorts and shirts I am virtually 100% Camel Brand and it is the only place I can reliably get my XXL Shirts/ 38 waist trousers size and be sure they fit ...they also wash and wear extremely well due to their good fabric purchasing policy ...good luck .
