This Saturday, Nov 17th, there's a local protest at Soi Pridi Banomyong 13.

Obviously the authorities plan some expressway access?

Anybody knows something?

Maybe it's an expressway from soi 13 to soi 11 (or 15) ?

Depends what they plan to tear down and how an expressway entrance/exit could change the whole area ...

But there is a lot of housing etc, further back, so not really much room for putting in an expressway, and I can't see what benefit it would serve.

They want to build a Freeway to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Some City agency had a meeting a few weeks ago to inform all the property owners along Sukhumvit 71. There are protest signs all up and down 71...I live on Pridi 26, all the people are talking about it. Most everybody says "don't worry about it, it will take them 25 years to do something".
