In Koh Pha-ngan in Surat Thani, where tourists celebrated a Full Moon Party, police yesterday arrested a gang of 10 Iranians led by Kaya Torabipur which allegedly stole tourists' valuables from their hotel rooms.

Koh Pha-ngan police said they had tracked the gang for almost a year before they resurfaced to commit crimes during the full moon.

Its not uncommon that foreign gangs give bad word of your place out there (Estonia> Russian Mafia, L.A> Mexicans among others...).

Just would like to know how a "group" (10) of Iranians got into Thailand and stayed for over a year and no one noticed?????

I believe the Japaneese have the right idea, finger print every "Foreigner" that enters Thailand. The Japaneese found 5 people on thier "black list" the first day.

Why not let all farang come into police station every week.

Maybe all farang living here can get a tattoo with ID number.

Please spare me with this bull, we are all born the same.
