I am especially interested in the spicy hot boiled beef hot pot with Szechuan peppercorns and the scallion bread.

Any place in Bangkok doing food like this?

Tip: the small Chinese restaurant right near the Pinnacle Lumpini hotel on Soi Ngam Duphee (Rama 4) does a spicy dried fried eggplant that looks like this dish, but it is not a Szechian restaurant as far as I can tell. They also have great boiled dumplings and a dish of large peppers stuffed with pork a clear red sauce that is quite nice.
