In Rawai a few months back was a horrific accident on what I refer to as "the speedway".

A Ms. Hand hit a family, two kids and a husband dead. Reports on this board were sketchy. She was drunk.......she wasn't drunk, the husband pulled out in front...etc.

Anybody have any news on the police report? On the penalties faced by Ms. Hand?
