grassland and some trees are burning at the canal road, near the baan kub doi and nong <deleted> restaurants. There were two fire engines and a police pickup at the location but they didn't do anything. There is no strong wind, so the smoke goes up quite fast and isn't a problem here in chang khian till now.

Marco.

We live at Flora, and have excellent, speedy and fairly reliable service from the get-go (not the same one year ago) I don't know how to tell how that is, but will ask the hus and get back. Yes our internet is better than Seattle.

You have internet in Chang Khian Marco? GPRS?

No, shared ADSL 256k in Flora House. Why should Internet be a problem here in Chang Khian? It's not so far from the city.

Marco.

Sorry, I was not aware there are two places with the same name. :o

Moo Baan Chang Khian is the name of a Hmong village up on Doi Suthep as well.
