I voted for you as the sexy maan, so you should batter up and enjoy. old git

Ah, so when they talk about 'pigs will fly', they mean guinea pigs? Never mind. I can understand where Suiging is coming from... :o

(Sorry Moss... It's a good idea not to be too serious on this forum - just end up getting the p1ss taken out of you by all sorts of people :D )

Excellent moss. Tougher than it looks...

Way too silly .... 199 was my best.

Wow, that's a good score. I think my best was in the one twenties!

My best was 38 and my son's 68 :o

Now that is poor! :D

Just scored 360!

No way Suegha... and bye the way Moss and I discussed your name tonight... what does it mean ... :o I do not believe you got 360, 380 maybe ...

My name means 'Tiger'. I thought that was obvious! It was given to me by a Thai friend who speaks excellent English, she chose the spelling and I struggled with the pronounciation - rising tone at the end and all that...

ps what does seonai mean?

lol, I bet you don't know how Seonai is actually pronounced? It is nothing like the spelling at all :o

I figured that, so can you enlighten us? What's it mean and how's it pronounced?

ps although it sounds Jap in origin, I have a feeling it's Gaelic? Am I right?

Is the idea to have unpronouncable niks? Okay, I will change the spelling of mine to Phyngge. Can't do much with ones like 'Boo' though.

Presumably Suiging got his by the same route you got yours?

nope mine isn't thai related. :o

I'll have to do a Le Gag trick and fish around the archives for that thread about how we got out niks/avatars. Anyone second the motion, or leave it where it is? (Too much unnecessary bumping seems to cause headaches.)

Go ahead, bump it!

It's an old Scottish name........ slap my short hairy legs if I'm wrong :o

I think you may be right! Apart from my slapping your short hairy legs if you're wrong...

And I'll change to "Sobek". :D

(again. :o )

I'm up to 479ft with the hamsters if anyone is interested.

I think we shall 'declare' on that one. No way 479 will be beaten!

I find them a bit of a pian, actually (the guinea pigs). I got more enjoyment with that flight simulator thing in the TV arcade, where you have to float a paper 'plane. I think I got up to about 30 minutes of enjoyment from that one. Nonetheless, it's a fine effort Thad and (as Suegha said) a definite declaration - with that score, you will probably be able to force the follow-on by your nearest competition...

Actually, I'm up to over 600ft now.

I don't normally play computer games, I used to write them a long time ago and therefore found them tedious, but this one has hooked me.

Aerodynamic guinea pig.

No. Practise, practise, practise...

Okay dokey ... Tiger in Thai should be seua - so someone didn't do it right babe!!! The other words that are seua in Thai mean shirt and some that I can't remember this late at night.

Pee seau = butterfly ... Ghost Shirt

Seonai = Janet in old Scottish, akin to Sean which became John - Gaelic :o

The interesting thing is that a Thai girl with excellent English, married to an Englishman, gave me the spelling! She said that the 'gh' is like the silent 'gh' in English, which works when you think about it! It does indeed mean (with a different tone) shirt and also a type of mat.

I had googled 'seonai' so had a inkling of the origin, thank you.

Also, 'seua' is a bad tranliteration. Soo, with the 'oo' pronounced with the lips flattened (a bit like the 'oo' you'd make if you stepped in dog poo!) and the 'a' with a rising tone, but this is impossible to transliterate - like most Thai words. :D This was how Bambi explained it to me, so I figure it's reliable.

Just type in Tiger
