Besides Windguru as pointed out above, which I find a very good site, you can also try Accu weather

Local weather in this area is very changeable. One suggestion you might use is to look at www.weather.com or similar sites that have Southeast Asia radar animation over a few hours. This will give you the broad overview of what is moving in and if it is likely to cross our area.
