Does anyone know if there is a luggage wrapping service at the airport?

And if so, where?

There were several by the check in counters. But I do not recall seeing them a couple of weeks ago.

I haven't seen them for a while.

Maybe the baggage handlers airside complained that with wrapped bags, it was much harder to open 'em and nick yer stuff!!!!! :o lol

Hi Everyone!

I would like to dig out this topic because I'm also interested in luggage wrapping.

Could you give me any more recent info about it? Is it available? And if it is, where to look for it? How much could it cost?

Thanks,

mike

It used to be at the top of the escalators.

Sort of behind the Air Asia counter was one location and another at the other end of the departures hall.

Don't konw if they're still there though judging by reports above.

Thank you... I wanted to ask because posts above are more than 1 year old. Anyway if someone has more recent information I'd be glad for letting me know.

Otherwise I'll have to think about somekind of secure wrapping myself.

Well as it happens I'm leaving from the Swamp tonight, so I've just had a look for you. Didn't have much time, so this information might be incomplete, but I saw luggage wrap available just inside doors 4 and 7 on the departure level. 120 baht per item.

Happy to help :)

Why?

Just lock your suitcase!

the only reason would be to assure that no unsolicited presents, sweet drugs end up in my luggage thereby making me an innocent courier , hard to prove my innocency, right?

Anyone sharing this thought ??
