go to the 3rd or the 4th floor of the mall bang kapi, many furniture stores and shops selling office equipment.

you can also try home pro (next to carrefour) on sukaphiban 3 (ramkhamhaeng road).

have never heard of an ikea store in bangkok, pretty sure there isnt one.

for people who like that sort of furniture, suggest you try koncept, its about the closest i have seen to ikea.
