Specialised Baby Shops In Kl?

We're heading to KL for a visa run next week and were wondering if there are better baby shops there than we can find in Phuket. We're mostly looking for a quality car seat but also other bits and pieces, depending on what we find. Any pointers for specialised shops where we'd have a decent selection?

Most of the big shopping centres in KL have Mothercare shops. They are the best for quality baby equipment. You may also find some good stuff in the baby departments of the department store Isetan.
