Wife Having Baby Soon In Uk

Featured Replies

Hi all, A little advice needed if someone can help. My Thai wife is over here in the UK & is due to have my twins in a couple of months. I know that once they are born they will have UK nationallity & a UK passport. I am planning on living eventually in Thailand so I was wondering what the situation is on getting dual nationality & dual passports for my twins as they would be half Thai & half farang. :o If any one could advise me on how soon I must take them back to Thailand or point me in the right direction on who to contact about this would be most appreciated. :D I look forward to getting back to the 'LOS' very soon.

call thai embassy in london once they have their UK birth certs, make an appt & they will tell you what papres/docs to bring & your twins will get thai birth cert & passports. Need to go in person with the kids & takes approx 4 weeks to get the pp & bc back.

congratulations.
