Where To Buy Card Making/scrapbooking Supplies?

My family and i are moving to Bangkok this year, i have lived in Bangkok when i was a teenager. But since then, i have not been back.

I know you can buy some dyed leaves and small things at Chatuchak Market, is there anywhere else i can buy art supplies?

Virtually all supermarkets and dept. stores - Central, B2S etc. China town is useful for sequins and other jazzy stuff.

In Pattaya Silpaban(stationery shop) and Friendship supermarket have loads of things art and craft ways. If they have branches in BKK give them a try. Look out also for the home and gift fairs held at the big exhibition and conference places (BITEC is one) loads of bargains to be had at those.
