Need advice on a few educational matters.

My niece who is hoping to become a doctor will I hope go to university in Bangkok in

2 years. She lives in Issan at present.

I would like to know where to purchase a condo for her to live when she studies there,

What area would be best to purchase.

Would also hope my own daughter can also make use of this condo this is a long way down the road. Would like to rent it out in the interim period.

Also can someone advise me on college fees ECT?

A lot would depend on the area of Bkk she will be in , ie . which university she attends.

I think you have a few months between being accepted at the university and moving to Bangkok.

It would make sense to wait for her to get a definite place to study before plunging in and buying something.

Chances are your niece would not actually be in Bangkok. I would think getting admitted to a Med School would come before buying a place near a med school

Look for a place that's near to the Uni that she'll be going to.
