Happy days :D

Win-ski from Kan-ski :D

Ist time I have seen these posts.

Lotsa laffs tonite.

This tops them all.

Good repeat, regurgitation.... lol.......Kan Win..... more.

I was lamenting on the 'Missing Posters' thread about how many people have left Bedlam/Thaivisa recently. It's interesting to note the following of the posters Kan Win mentions:

George - Admin

Darknight - Last post on TV 6 Nov 2007

mattnich - No member record (spelling?)

Totster - Admin

Wolfie - In the shadows

Britmaveric - Active but not in Bedlam

bkkmadness - Banned

The_Moog - Banned

Insight - Still with us (makes appearances from time to time)

Jayenram - Super Mod

Tornado - Banned

devildog683 - Last post on TV 18 July 2007

gburns57au - Active but not in Bedlam

Thetyim - Banned

jackr - Last post on TV 5 Feb 2008

lampard10 - Active but not in Bedlam

So less than a handful of the original contributors are still to be seen in Bedlam. Perhaps, Kan, you should have run it as a competion again!

That does make sad reading Ping. Many good and interesting posters in that list!

Khun Ping :D

Please find this "Fred, on ThaiVisaDotCom (as I took the winners off me web-page), and see who else posted.

For all, I never posted this in "Bedlam", but in an open forum on ThaiVisaDotCom :D

Perhaps, Kan, you should have run it as a competion again!

O.K if "Bedlam" members wish this so be it. Once a month, the winner takes it all, the Photo 10' x 12' Framed, and sent to you anywhere around the world via DHL.

Game On :D

Kan Win :D

Hey, Pingy

That was from 2005 and were really funny comments.

Time goes on and perhaps the next foto will have as many and perhaps funnier quotes.

I myself found them funny, it doesn't bother who quoted them or if they are still here or banned or taken off for pastures new - it is the quotes which are funny.

Kan't wait till 2008 piccies

Roll on the next one Kan Win - I think i was but a newbie back then but now i may have a wee voice....

I see there are threads raging on the good and bad of songkran already - same every year...

You're right Mr Tiggs, never before in my life have I become so bored with a pointless arguement that I lose interest and stop arguing.

Anyone for a fight outside?? :o

Spot on, Vegies. It's like so many other threads. Many will start off interestingly, but then someone will start a flame, the thread goes downhill and I lose interest. We were all newbies once, but the newbies seem to be the worst offenders. Perhaps it's a small mirror of life.

That sounds like a 'The youth of today' comment. :o

Yes, it could be interpreted that way - I should have been clearer. I was only directing the comment towards experience, maturity and wisdom (which are usually harmonious bedfellows, but not always). I don't claim that the youth of today are any 'better' or 'worse' than the youth of our day (within the parameters of evolving cultures).

...This would probably make an interesting thread, actually (perhaps not in General, since it is not Thai related, but possibly here).

No, the youth of today - rubbish they are, haven't got a clue! Wasn't like that in my day! We appreciated what we had, these days they don't know they've been born! Bloody young people! :o:D

:o Aye, the four Yorkshiremen were spot on!
:o Aye, the four Yorkshiremen were spot on!

Dolly Parton made an appearance in Rottheram for some cancer charity. She went down a storm (everyone loves Dolly!) Yon have to know Rotterham is a yorkshire town for this. At the end she said 'I'm now going to sing a song about a dress my momma made me from a box of old rags she had.' Someone in the audience said 'You were lucky!' :D

Seems this thread has gone awol. :D

I thought it was about........

Celebrating of Thai New Year, Songkran. :o

Yeah, a time for fun.

Whilst on the subject......

Is there a Thai equivalent of "Auld Lange Syne"?

I reckon Kan should have a good collection of Songkran snaps by now. Unless, of course, he is doing what most expats do and avoiding all 'war zones'.

Kome on Kan, Win will you show the photos?

Much better than that. Went to Kan Beach instead and had a great time. Photos also coming anon. It was "Family Day" in Thailand 14th April :D, so that was where we went, after visiting 3 temples.

Kome on Kan, Win will you show the photos?

Knot finished yet in Kan.

Tomorrow is the finale and will move me ass to be there from BKK as I do have to mind me own business as well. :D

Wish me luck :D

Kan Win :o
