Winter Road Trip

A guy and his GF are driving down the road in the wintertime. Alas, the car breaks down, so the guy gets out to check under the hood. Seeing as how it's cold out there it's not long before his hands freeze up.

So he comes back into the car to warm up his hands. Naturally, the warmest place in the car is between his GF's legs. So he sticks his hands between her legs until they're toasty and again goes out to work under the hood.

But it doesn't take long before his hands become frigid again, so he goes back into the car, sticks them between his GF's legs, and repeats the process.

After several times doing this he once again comes back into the car and is ready to stick his hands between her legs. Before he gets a chance his GF looks up at him and says, "Don't your ears ever get cold?"
