I think they are both very talented. If the teenybopper girls have their way it will be Archuleta but I feel that Cook is slightly more mature and would probably handle being the American Idol better.

i think cooky is more versatile but i wouldnt bet on the little boy winning with all the kiddie votes.david cook is the next brian adams in my mind.

I vote for David Cook. I had no interest apparently, but recently watched ten repeats of American Idol in a row when I was sick. I laughed, I cried, I cursed Simon; I did everything you were supposed to do but vote! Just as well since I don't vote for president either. The little David, though quite talented, just seems to do the same thing with each song. The large rugged David seems more versatile. They both seem rather humble.

Another vote for Cook. I think he's more ready for stardom. An added thought is regarding the integrity of the voting; I myself believe the producers exert more control than they admit. If this is so, I believe they do not want a second underage Idol for the second season in a row.

Just watched the show and I think Archuleta will win although I wanted Cook to. I think David Cook is more mature and rugged with good looks and a great voice. The young boy is just sickly sweet to me and seems to sing only ballads.

No worries for either of them as they will both do well in the music industry no matter what the outcome.

I said SUPERSTAR. Not a family member. I am surprised he got this far in the competition, considering his age. He is even better than he first appeared. Definitely not a flash in the pan, he really can sing the phone book. I get the sickly sweet thing, but there is a big market for sugary stuff. A sweet ending indeed.

They both are very talented. I don't feel Cook is all that unique though and I don't think he will have a major career, but good luck to him. Also, I don't see how anyone who watched the finals can think that Archy does not have a world class singing voice. He is young and cute on top of the voice. Not much of a dancer though.

Also, it was a competition. At the end of the day, Cook was not the best.

Indeed, Cook was extremely talented - most creative of the lot. The young kid was rather cookie cutter like!!
