On the mirror stalks! I used to also carry a net with bungee hooks, in the tiny storage area., and that would hold lots more, on the pillion. When we really go shopping, heavy duty, we take the Phantom with saddlebags, the Toyota sedan, or the pickup. It is amazing what the mirror stalks will carry, though. You just cannot expect a tiny bike to carry a week's groceries.

When we really go shopping, heavy duty, we take the Phantom with saddlebags, the Toyota sedan, or the pickup. It is amazing what the mirror stalks will carry, though. You just cannot expect a tiny bike to carry a week's groceries.

Perfect: Honda Phantom w/ saddlebags, and you (or your partner behind) wear a backpack w/ straps long enough for it to rest on the seat while you're riding.
