My elbow has worn out and I need a good orthopedic surgeon. I know bumrumgrad hospital is probably the best, but I would like some recommendation on doctors.

Any recommendations in Pattaya?

Thanks,

Both of these guys really saved my future, so I think an elbow would be well and good in their hands;

Dr. Sitthiporn Orapin

Dr. Winyou Ratanachai

They are both at Bumrungrad. They are gentlemen and I am forever in their debt.

I have booked in for arthroscopic surgery at Bumrungrad with Dr Panya Wongpatimachai. So far he seems OK, but he hasn't operated yet.

Ask me after the 25th of this month and I will let you know. :o

Don't have specific recommendation but this hospital is well regarded for its orthopedic clinic and is used by many in the film and TV industry; and foreign visitors who do not wish to pay the top price charged by several other hospitals.

Sorry, been away. Not a lot to elaborate on really. I had a serious, serious accident that required several surgeries or months and months of doctor ordered bedrest. The risks of the surgery were serious and very real. They came through like champs and gave me back my physical freedom. On top of that, they were gentlemen with everything they did as well.

Well, I had an arthroscope on Thursday of this week on my shoulder. It was found that I had cartilage and tendon damage. It is now two days later and I am doing fine.

I came out of the anaesthetic a bit sore, but a nice shot of pethedine fixed me up just nicely thankyou very much.

A bit of physio today has seen me pull up really well. Not much pain at all and after 2 weeks off work I should be right to go.

I highly recommend Dr Panya at Bumrungrad. He has the usual no frills bedside manner of Thai doctors, but he is very good and knows his stuff.

Donna.
