Foreign Parents And Bkk High School Urgent Issue

We just received a phone call from my sister in law in Shenzhen. Unsurprisingly her son failed for the second year her english ability exam to enter an all english high school there and she decided to send him with us to BKK.

A bunch of issues suddenly arise:

Which high school should we go for , a good reputed school that would accept him? He really can't speak much english but would have to learn it if living with us (I don't speak any chinese to begin with). We're looking at around 20 000US$ per year for the school fee, preferably not too far from Sathorn.

What about the timing? In China and Europe they begin the year in September but in Thaland isn't it around May or June? How should we do, considering we can start the administrative process straightaway?

Than what about the visa issue... how can we get a 12 y o boy a student visa in LOS, especially considering that our own residence visas won't be settled before several more weeks, and that he is not really a deendant ?
